How It Works
Using a fuel cell technology developed by Intoxalock for the IID industry, the device will display the breath alcohol concentration (BrAC) of the sample on the LED screen. It provides a mouthpiece that the driver must blow on before they start their vehicle. So with a simple blow of your breath, you’ll be able to start your vehicle.
If the BrAC is below the legal standard for your state, the vehicle will start. If a violation is detected, the vehicle will not start until a safe sample has been provided.
